Respite Programs The Respite program provides recreational opportunities for youth with disabilities ages 7-21, to gain increased independence and enhanced quality of life through ability and age appropriate activities. Many of these young individuals have not had access to fun and educational activities that others enjoy, and their families have had little or no respite time from the demands of care giving. The programs address this issue by providing an accepting, nurturing place where these young people with disabilities can socialize and have fun with two options: Summer Respite and After School Respite. Programs provided in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. Contact us for more information After School Respite These programs are available Monday through Friday from after school until 6:00 pm (following the academic calendar of the cooperating school district).
