At Easter Seals, you will be a part of a growing Autism Program with the supports a larger agency can provide. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis within a family centered approach, the Senior Therapist will develop and carry out programs and activities designed to improve the lives of children with autism and their families. The Senior Therapist is a member of the Autism Services team which includes ABA services, P.L.A.Y. Project services, diagnostic evaluations, and Pre and Post Intensive services. Qualifications Include: 1. A minimum of two years proven successful experience in implementing, designing and overseeing behavior analysis services for individuals with autism. OR 3. A bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline and at least 2,000 hours of training or supervised experience in the use of behaviorally based therapy models consistent with best practice and research on effectiveness for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders who meet all criteria to receive this service. 4. Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred. Easter Seals is looking for experienced Line Therapist to join our growing Autism Services Team. As a Line Therapist you will be a part of a team that supports children with Autism. You will work with assigned children in a variety of ways, which may include intensive 1:1 teaching grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis, leading small group work, shadowing, and preparation for lessons under the direction of Senior Therapist.
